Individual and Group Yoga Classes
My MISSION is to provide individual and group yoga classes to support a healthy mind and body and to bring peace and balance to one's life by creating a safe place to practice yoga. All are welcome.

The BENEFITS for participants are to develop muscle strength, flexibility, and fine and gross motor skills. In addition, we work on postural alignment, self-awareness, and self-regulation skills for a calm and organized mind all contributing to a happier and healthier person. The group classes will support participants with connecting, socializing, and making new friends, while having fun.

About Me
I am Jennifer Kampf. I live in Park Slope, Brooklyn with my husband and three children. I want to create and support all individuals. I practice the Sonia Sumar Method, Yoga For all Abilities which is a safe, gentle, and effective practice for children and young adults with neurodiverse abilities. I practice Yoga myself and have taken a great deal of yoga and mindfulness training classes. I have my certification with Yoga For All Abilities.
Yoga Classes
Every person can benefit from yoga. The Sonia Sumar Method is a safe, gentle and yet extremely effective practice for children and young adults with neurodiverse abilities.

Private Classes
Cost $150Â per session
By bringing yoga directly to you, this private class is uniquely tailored to your needs. The intention is to develop strength, flexibility, improve postural alignment, self-awareness, and self-regulation skills for a calm and organized mind, contributing to a happier and healthier person.
